Shipping & Delivery

SHIPPING

All of products are inclusive of taxes and we offer free domestic shipping on orders above $60. Our otherwise domestic shipping charges are flat $11. It takes us up to 2 business days to dispatch your order. Monogrammed/customised products will require up to 5 business days to be dispatched. Please note: All orders are dispatched from Sydney, Australia. During sale and holiday periods, delivery may take longer than the estimated time frames above.

DELIVERY

Once dispatched, an email containing the tracking information will be sent to the customer’s registered email ID. Restrictions in place due to COVID may impact delivery. Weather conditions may also affect the delivery time. It is the customer’s responsibility to be available at the given address to receive the product.

For any updates to expected delivery times, please refer to the shipping company’s website. Arcovie will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with an authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and we will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery details being provided to us. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your purchase, but if you do change your mind you are welcome to return the product within 30 days.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND/EXCHANGE
• Initiate return by email as advised on the return form.
• Item is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• The returned item is unused with original packaging.
• Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Personalised/Monogrammed item.

You can post the item/s you would like to return or exchange directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and we will contact you as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.

FAULTY ITEM?

If an item is faulty, wrongly described or different from the sample shown, then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time.
